The Service includes:

• The Diane AI mobile application available on iOS and Android
• The website www.diane.app
• All associated features (flashcards, quizzes, intelligent revision)

Access to the service

Access to the Service is open to anyone with an internet connection. Some features may require creating a user account.

Use of the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these ToS.

User account

To access certain features, the user must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity carried out from their account.

Use of the service

The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and these ToS.

The following is prohibited:

• Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Disrupting the proper functioning of the Service

Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (texts, images, logos, software, databases) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Diane AI or its partners.

Content created by the user (flashcards, notes) remains their property. The user grants Diane AI a license limited to the needs of the Service.

Liability

Diane AI strives to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Service, without being able to guarantee permanent availability.

The Service is provided "as is". Diane AI cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

The user is solely responsible for their use of the Service and the results of their revisions.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these ToS.

By using the Service, you accept the processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

Modification of ToS

Diane AI reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes.

Continued use of the Service after modification of the ToS constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
